We built KonHR because we lived the problem
An Amman team combining HR, accounting and software experience, with one goal: make running a team easier.
Our story
KonHR started inside a multi-branch Jordanian business, where payroll was assembled every month from scattered sheets: attendance from a device, leave from email, advances from a notebook. Every small mistake meant an unhappy employee and hours of rework.
We tried what was out there. Global systems didn't know Jordanian social security or write Arabic the way we do; older local systems were hard to use. So we decided to build what we needed.
In 2026 KonHR became an independent platform serving companies across sectors, and we still build it the same way: listen to HR teams, and solve their real problems first.

Give every company in the region an accurate, simple HR system in its own language, so its people spend less time on procedures and more time with people.

Employee and employer shares, the insurable salary cap and monthly statements, updated whenever the rules change.
Income tax
Monthly withholding by bracket and exemption, and a clear annual reconciliation per employee.
Arabic first
A right-to-left interface, with reports, letters and payslips in Arabic and English.
Hijri and Gregorian dates
Dates in both calendars, religious holidays that follow the Hijri calendar, and Ramadan hours applied automatically.
Bank files
Salary transfer files in the formats local banks require, in the style of wage-protection systems.
