Pricing questions
How are employees counted?
We count active employees in the month — anyone employed for at least one day. Employees who have left aren't counted in later months, and their records stay on file.
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. The trial is completely free for 14 days with no payment details. At the end you pick a plan, or simply stop.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time and the new features apply immediately. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect from the next billing cycle.
Are there setup or migration fees?
There are no setup fees on Starter and Growth. On Enterprise we scope data migration and integrations with you, and it's spelled out in the quote.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer or card, in Jordanian dinars. Every payment comes with a tax invoice.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. You can export all of it at any time; after cancellation we keep it for a set period, then delete it permanently as described in the privacy policy.
